Mafi Mushkila has hired two trainee datacentre technicians

Mafi Mushkila has hired two trainee datacentre technicians to meet future requirements. In their first few months they have already completed their First aid and Health & Safety Training and both now hold CSCS cards. Which allows them to work on a construction site supporting our Heat Load rental business.

In May they will attend the CNet Certified Datacentre Technician course (for more information http://www.cdcdp.com/pdf/Certified-Data-Centre-Technician-CDCT.pdf ).

Mafi Mushkila has purchased new office, workshop and warehouse premises. This represents a significant investment to meet current requirements and to allow growth for the future.

Many of our clients are adopting ITIL in the management of their datacentres, in response to this our consultants successfully completed ITIL V3 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management. July 2009.

CDCDP Training

Mafi Mushkila and its suppliers have embarked upon a process of formalising many years of experience through training and certification. Training will be provided by CNet Training, backed by BTEC. These courses are new to the market, comprising of a series of modules leading to the Certified Data Centre Design Professional Qualification CDCDP™ (PDF, 688 KB). In addition our technicians will participate in the Certified Data Centre Technician courses. Fujitsu win 'Innovation in the Mega Datacentre' award

Fujitsu were announced as the winners of the 'Innovation in the Mega Datacentre' award, sponsored by Mafi Mushkila at the Datacentre Awards on 17th December 2008. Other finalists for the award were Aviva, EDS and Merril Lynch.
